As one of the first houses on Brinker Weg, built in 1936, you can enjoy an impressive view of the Senderwald from the property, as well as the Bismarkturm, which is known beyond the borders of Langenberg, and the two imposanten WDR radio masts, of which the taller one is the longest in Germany with a height of 301 meters.

The house and garden have retained their timeless charm to this day and have been maintained with a lot of passion and care over the last 25 years been.
