THE HOUSE

The semi-detached house was one of the first houses in the Brinker Weg housing community to be built in 1936. The architecture of the house, with its typical mansard roof, the slated half-timbering and the special Leipzig slate pattern on the 1st floor, was always retained and maintained with great care. During renovation and modernization work, most recently in 2023, great importance was placed on maintaining the charm of the construction period.
